Went on whim during a super rainy day and was greatly surprised! Amazing food with good portions. Service was so nice. I was all alone and fighting the rain, but the server was the kindest. Definitely think it is worth the visit

We stopped here for lunch after an appointment and had an Amazing meal. I ordered the Gyro Salad and my husband ordered a cheesesteak sub with fries. His sub was huge and came with a large portion of steak fries. My salad was like a deconstructed gyro without the pita bread. The meat was warm and crispy while being melt-in-your-mouth tender at the same time. We both agree that this was one of the best meals we've had in a while. Pan Am Restaurant is going on our short list of "must stop" eateries.

The restaurant is a great spot for a Philly steak and cheese. The fries or amazing and waiters are nice. My recommendation for a drink is the blueberry and sour Lemonade, can’t go wrong with that meal.

Every time I Come here. I am always treated like family. They are so nice and personable and not to mention great customer service!! I alway come here for the gyro sandwiches they are delicious!! I would definitely recommend the Pan Am restaurant!!

This place is the spot! The food is delicious and the ambiance is lovely. I had a corned beef hash for breakfast and it was substantial and now I feel energized and ready to take on the day. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my favorite restaurant in NOVA. It’s unpretentious, the food never disappoints and the employees are always friendly. The steak and eggs with sautéed spinach and the corned beef has with eggs are my favorites. The pizza is outstanding as well. They do run specials, and they are even starting an all you can eat buffet on Thursdays and Fridays beginning July 25 from 4 till 9 pm.

Great spot to have a quiet breakfast during the weekdays if you need an alternative to the IHOP down the road. Saray was fast and attentive during my stay.

If you want to Enjoy a solid meal-breakfast lunch or dinner this is a go-to spot! Excellent specials without hyped up prices. I especially love their soups and breakfast!

This is a great restaurant with great service and great tasting food! their nightly specials are also great prices! The atmosphere is chill and very nice to have a leisurely dinner. A Hidden gem in the middle of all the chain restaurants. Give them a try!

Love this place!

Such a friendly place with home-style delicious food. Most of my family orders the gyro platter every time and has for years. I'm recently vegetarian, but I enjoy the pizzas, pasta and salad.

It's a solid pizza, chewy crust, average thickness, good sauce, toppings stay put although they don't use a lot of toppings.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant with my family since they originally opened in 1988. The food & atmosphere is always perfect & never disappoints! I have yet to find another restaurant that can compete with their gyro sandwich or platter! It is phenomenal & a one-of-a-kind experience. A must go to if you're near the DMV!

Used to go to two chefs in Arlington for gyros but the quality has gone down. Went here with a friend and it’s the best gyro I’ve had in the dmv. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and they really hook it up with a good amount. Not only that, but the pizza is very good too (and I’m very picky regarding pizza in this area). The sauce, cheese, and crust were very good, which is often hard to find in this area. The music was also great!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a hidden gem!!! Without a doubt the BEST GYRO I have ever had! Ever…like ever!!!! We don’t live near here but we will make the point of coming back! Super friendly, quaint old world atmosphere….and huge, flavorful portions of incredible food! If you want authentic Greek, this IS THE PLACE!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!! Great local small business. Been going there for two decades. The good is ALWAYS good. Don't go if you are in a rush. There are only two waiters and service is not fast. But that's ok. It's the perfect place to slow down, relax and end a busy work week with a basic, quality, filling meal.

This is a great local Greek restaurant that is one of the last long time institutions at Pan Am Shopping Center. Filled with regular customers who greet each other like foamily. They recently trimmed down their menu to a mere three pages, but kept all of their favorite breakfast and Greek dishes. Food is as good as always, coffee is always freshly made. Skip the overly pricing brunch spots and give these folks a try.

It had been a while since I had been so I took some coworkers for their first time. Lunch was very good. I suggested the gyro sandwiches and everyone had them. No complaints. Consistently good food for decades now.

The corned beef and cabbage was great traditional Irish, and the service was fast and efficient. Inside was quiet for good conversation.

This morning, I had breakfast at Pan Am based on a friend's recommendation. Like the other reviews mentioned, this is a family owned business with service and food at excellent quality and reasonable prices. No waiting in long lines similar to other breakfast spots. Try the French Toast platter - real brioche bread!

Been going here for fabulous greek food for about a year. Their gyro is delicious. I wish I speak to their other dishes but it's hard to find good gyros. They did a recent remodel so it's much brighter inside and I'll definitely be stopping by more often for a gyro and a nice glass of wine!

The service and food was amazing. From the moment you walk in, the severs are super nice and accommodating. The owner of the restaurant came by to make sure everything was going well. The food was very delicious and the flavors/spices were top notch. Definitely a weekly visit for me from now on.

Family-owned, strip-mall gem of a restaurant. Feels like a diner, menu plates from classic Greek dishes, good old American cheeseburgers, and delicious homemade soups. The vintage style interior deco may take you back to the 70’s era but once you take a seat, leave your iPhone off – leisurely take it all in.

Such a cozy and quiet family restaurant, you can feel the welcoming energy as soon as you walk in. A smiling man greeted us before holding his arms up, gesturing to the surrounding tables. "Here, sit anywhere you'd like!" We got a spanikopita, and I was blown away. I've had pre-made ones before, but of course it's no surprise that this was far superior. A side of tzatziki sauce was included, and it's the best I've ever tasted! Definitely homemade. I've tried making tzatziki sauce before but it couldn't even compare. I will definitely come back!

The food is absolutely amazing at this lovely family restaurant. Everything is made with great quality and the taste is out of this world. I really recommend coming here and trying the food, you can't go wrong with anything you get it seems! The steak and cheese was amazing, the spanikopita was wonderful, the gyro was phenomenal!

Always a great place to stop for a bite to eat. Had the chicken souvlaki for lunch today and tasted amazing. Short staffed because of the pandemic but didn't have to wait at all. Great service and very friendly family owned restaurant. Definitely would recommend you give it a try or come back again.

Come to life! They are so kind, & the food is just like YaYa cooked it, seriously, you think she is going to walk through the door any moment. Real Home cooked meals, no msg or additives, huge portions - (does anyone actually finish an entire meal here by themselves?) They will substitute veggies for fries at no extra charge! Delightful salads so vegetarians are not left out in the cold!! Sweet family atmosphere, so many regular customers, we're so regular that you get to know each other and each waiter and waitress by name, their life story, and they ask about your mama too, cause they actually care. Sam the owner and Mama are a class act, and we probably eat here more than we should because we like the food so well and they are so darn friendly that we like to come here to eat & chat in this comfortable atmosphere. Their desserts are unbelievable as an occasional treat to split. Or- to stop in with friends for coffee and order several desserts and eat them and chat! And- around Easter & Chistmas, they serve the most divine lamb !!! Wish they served it more often for the family, they are over the moon about it!! P. S. : I am convinced that God himself makes their onion rings.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, it was really good and the fries fresh and nicely fried.

First time since COVID. Pleased to see my old friend waiter again. Ordered a pizza and chef salad. Best in town. Especially the pizza has awesome taste! Better than Church Street pizza in Vienna, which I previously rated as the best. Folks, this Greek restaurant serves authentic foods. Come and help them rebuild their business.

Have been coming here for years and love it! Never had a disappointing experience; large quantities of great food for good prices, all delivered by an awesome staff keep us coming back. You feel like family here, the employees are great people who actually care about how you're doing, and your experience with them. Probably my favorite family restaurant in the area!

Best breakfast ever, especially the French Toast.

The restaurant is a great place to eat and relax. The prices are affordable, the portions are abundant. The food is made with love and affection. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. We tried the lasagna (awesome), greek pizza (best in the world), shrimp bisque soup (my favorite, a little salty though). It has so many great options, sandwiches for a quick lunch, or delicious entrees to have with wine and beer on a leisurely dinner with friends.

It is one of the best fast food restaurants across the entire Biswa, it gets very tasty food here. So much gyro meat and ridiculously tasty

They rolled out the red carpet and Chris the manger went above and beyond to create a great family lunch for us. The pizza was perfect a thin crust that held all all their toppings. All there food was great and we enjoyed sharing all the different dishes at home. They have pick up and delivery by DoorDash.

First time in on a whim, got a gyro to go, though it was a little pricey, but once i got my food. Awesome!!!. This is now my favorite place, i will be doing my part to hopefully get them through the pandemic. Great food, good luck and best wishes
